How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Westin Pro Traxx on our 2023 Ford F-150 SuperCrew. The person that will want to add nerf boards or running boards to their vehicle is someone that wants a little bit more ease for access in and out of the vehicle, as well as giving you additional space for traction in ice and mud, and a place to scrape off your boots if you happen to be in a muddy area. One of the other benefits of it is the fact that it enhances the appearance of the vehicle. If you we inchesre looking for more of a blacked outlook versus the chrome that we have on this one, it's also available in a satin black. Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards Review AA3048326- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Aries ActionTrac motorized running boards. So these are what our running boards are gonna look like installed when we have the mechanism retracted. So, our first glance what you're gonna see we have a nice durable powder-coated finish that's really gonna help these running boards do a great job of resisting rust and corrosion. Now, a lot of running boards because of where they're located, underneath the vehicle here, they're gonna be subjected to a lot of road conditions, a lot of bad weather. So if you're in a state that uses salt, these things can really get eaten up pretty dang quick from that salt. However, we really shouldn't have any issues here with the ActionTrac 'cause again we have this nice durable, powder coated finish that is throughout the running boards as well as the brackets. more

DeeZee Oval Tube Steps Installation - 2019 Ford F-150- Video
Hi there F-150 owners, today in our 2019 Ford F-150 we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Dee Zee's Oval Tube Steps. These tube steps are going to be six inches wide with five inch wide step pads to increase the surface area, and provide a lower step to help you get inside the vehicle. This is not only going to make it easier because you're going to have a lower step to get in, but we also have traction pads here on our step pads that have raised surfaces to keep dirt, debris, and moisture out of your vehicle as you're stepping in.And also give you some more attraction as the edges here will grip on the soft rubber of your shoes. And compared to your round bars, these are going to give you a larger surface area to step on, so it's going to be more comfortable than the round bars. You're not going to have so much pressure in a small area against your foot, and having a larger surface area to step on to is also going to provide with more traction.And I liked the matte color that they have. It kind of blends in really well with the other plastic trim that's going to be on your F-150, so it looks like it's supposed to be there from the factory. more

Westin HDX Nerf Bars Installation-2019 Ford F-150- Video
Hi there Ford owners. Today in your 2019 Ford F-150 we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Westin's HDX Running Boards. Now, unlike traditional running boards, these will provide two steps located in the correct position for each door, your front and your rear. And what I like about these, is how they're tucked up nicely under the cab. It really helps protect the bottom side of your cab. Any rocks that your tires and stuff might be throwing up, they could scratch. more

DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards Installation - 2019 Ford F-150- Video
Hi there Ford owners. Today in your 2019 Ford F-150, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Dee Zee's Rough Step Running Boards.And this is what our running boards are going to look like when they're installed. Now, these ones aren't the flashiest looking running boards, but they are definitely the most rugged. On top, we have serrated edges that go all the way across the top, that will allow your shoes to dig in to ensure that you get good traction. And with there being pass-through holes all throughout, dirt, debris and moisture is just going to fall off your shoes and get right down in there.These are really ideal if you have a work truck and you're wanting to put it on there. It's a nice large wide step, so it's great for your work boots. more

Aries Big Step Nerf Bars Installation - 2017 Ford F-150- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Ford F150, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Aries Big Step Nerf Bars, part number AAAL233043.So here's what our Aries Big Step Nerf Bars look like once we have 'em installed on our F150. The long pad here is gonna make sure that we have a secure footing when we're getting in our truck, or when we're getting out. It's gonna measure a total about 23 and 1/2 inches long and four inches wide. The tread design on our step is gonna make sure that we aren't slipping even in wet conditions, and the material it's made out of is gonna make sure that it's not gonna fade or crack over time. The bars themselves are gonna be a round design, they're gonna be four inches in diameter, and they are gonna be made of aluminum with a nice powder coat finish tone, so they are gonna be rust resistant.Unlike a lot of tube steps, it's not just gonna be a simple black, it's gonna have this crackled look to it, giving it a rugged look.The ends of the bars are gonna curve in slightly, giving it that finished look to it, and the end caps are gonna be welded in place, so we won't have to worry about dirt or debris getting inside the tube.Our steps are gonna come with a custom installation kit for our F150, and it's not gonna require any kind of drilling, cutting, or anything like that. To be honest with you, these are some of the easiest steps that I've put on so far.Now, that's we've seen what our steps look like and going over some of the features, let's show you how to get 'em installed. more

Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Ford F-150- Video
Today, on our 2016 Ford F-150, we're going to taking a look at the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars in polished stainless steel, part number 23-3930. These are also available in black, part number 23-3935. Here's what these tube steps are going to look like once they're installed on your truck. These steps are going to help make it easier to get into your truck, so you've got a platform to step on before getting all the way in. What's really nice about these is unlike other steps, such as truck bed steps or cab steps, these contour nicely to the full length of the cab of the truck. It maintains a very clean look with the polished stainless steel finish, and we've got nice large foot pads in order to step on, and they've got some pattern on them to help give you traction so you don't slip when they're wet. These nerf bars are nice and easy to install, as they mount to the factory mounting locations for running boards. more

Today on our 2013 Ford F-150, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the DeeZee Nerf Bars 3" Round Polished Stainless Steel, part number DZ372293. It's going to make getting in and out of your vehicle a lot easier. You're just going to step up on there and get into your vehicle. We even have a nice step tread for our rear passengers. Step on that, and they can hop right back up into the vehicle. If you need to put something on the rear, you can just climb in. You can see how they have this nice high-polished stainless steel finish, it going to protect against rust and corrosion and keep you looking nice for years to come. Westin Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2000 Ford F-150- Video
Today, on this 2000 Ford F-150 Super Cab, we're going to review and install the Weston Signature Series Round Nerf Bars, Part #25-1430. This is what the tube steps look like when they're installed on our F-150. Take a closer look at the shape of it. You'll notice it's a round tube style, very common. This is a 3-inch diameter. You'll notice how the outside is nice and smooth, and the same thing applies to the inside. more

Today on our 2014 ford f150, we're going to show you how to install the DZ oval tube steps, with he custom installation kit. These are the six inch wide model and the black powder coat steel. Part number is DZ 16121-16325. Here's what our steps are going to look like once we get them installed. Its the nice, clean really proportionate step, gives us a nice wide area to place our foot. Here at the front door and also rear door, we're going to have the grip or textured pads there to help us keep our footing while we're getting in and out in inclimate situations. more

Westin Lighted Running Boards Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today in our 2006 Ford F150 Supercrew Cab, we're going to be installing the Westin Molded Lighted Running Boards with custom installation kit part number 27-0025-1535. In addition to the running boards, we're also going to be installing the Westin Gas Strip for Westin Molded Running Boards part number 27-9901. Now here's what our Westin Lighted Running Boards look like installed on our vehicle. Now, we'll go ahead and show you how they function. We pull the door open, the lights light up, gives you a nice sturdy step to get in the vehicle. When the dome light goes out, the lights will go off as well. more

Westin E-Seriers Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2000 Ford F-150- Video
Today on this 2000 Ford F-150, we'll be installing the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars, part number 23-1435. This is what the nerf bars look like when they're installed on our vehicle. Next we'll go ahead and show you how they install. First we'll point out the mounting locations for our brackets that will hold our nerf bars in place. It will be these large oval holes in the frame. Next we'll take one of our nine plates, which we've marked which edge is the top one, and place it in the access hole, making sure the bolts will face out. Next we'll take our bracket for our driver's side front, which is marked by the manufacturer, and line it up with the bolts and place them on. more

Westin Nerf Bars Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford 150 Super Crew Cab, we'll be installing the Westin Genex Oval Nerf Bars with hoof steps part number 20-2336. Now to begin our install, we'll first need to locate the forward attachment point. This attachment point will be on the inside of the rocker panel square hole with 2 pre-drilled round holes next to it. One some applications it maybe covered up by paint. You'll notice this the first square hole starting from the front behind the wheel working back. Utilizing the hole we'll put 2 nut clips in place taking advantage of the pre-drilled round holes. more

Today on our 2013 Ford F150 Super Cab we're going to be installing the Dee Zee Nerf Bars in a 4 inch Oval black finish. Part number DZ372299.
